The following dog breeds (or mixes thereof) are expressly prohibited at this community: Dobermans; Rottweilers; Mastiffs/Bull Mastiffs; Great Danes; Chows; German Shephards; Akitas; Malamutes; Pit Bull Terriers; American Staffordshire Terriers; Yankee Terriers; and Wolf Hybrids.

Yes of course!
We do have a few rules however: They must first submit an application and undergo credit and criminal background screenings before they can be added to your lease.
Per the lease agreement, no one else may occupy the apartment for more than seven (7) consecutive days without prior written consent & no more than (2) occasions in any three month period.

No, however, our residents receive a full gym membership to the Power Shack Gym.

Yes, we have a resident appreciation event once a month. Some of our biggest hits have been the "Pizza by the Pool" party in June and our End of Summer cookout.

Application & Holding Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. We will only accept payment by check, cashier's check, or money order for all application and holding fees.
Application Fee: $35 per applicant
Security Deposit: $200 due at move in
Holding Fee: $100
Other One Time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, and Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet information for more details).
Monthly Recurring Charges
We will accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Link.
Rent: Variable, rent per lease agreement.
Trash: $15 per month
Electric and Water: Variable monthly charges based on individual usage and number of occupants
Cable and Internet: Variable charges based on plan selected through Time Warner Cable

Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required for every new apartment lease. Minimum coverage amount required is $25,000 in personal liability coverage. You may use our preferred renters insurance company (visit our Resident Link page for more information), or you may secure coverage with any company you choose. Proof of insurance must be provided upon move-in, listing all residents 18 and over on the policy. Apartment home address and coverage dates must match address and dates on your lease.

You must submit either a copy of your last two paycheck stubs or a copy of your most recent W-2 form.

Each person must complete an application and will jointly qualify for the apartment. Individual credit scores may influence the required security deposit, or whether application is approved or denied.
If a roommate fails to pass the criminal background check, however, they will not be permitted to live in the apartment.

Yes, we have the ability to offer a flexible range of lease terms to our residents, from 3-12 months. Whatever your needs, we can work with you to find the perfect lease term.

Early termination requires 30 day written notice and you must pay an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent (without the special) and must occupy four months of your current lease.
