Sterling Park is a pet-friendly community!
• We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment with no weight limit.
• Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 for one pet, $100 for a second pet.
• Pet Rent: $35 a month for one pet / $50 a month for two pets.
Luxury living is for everyone at Sterling Park pet friendly apartments, four-legged friends included. You and your furry loved one will enjoy stretching out in your cozy new apartment. Enjoy playtime in our amenity suite or give Fido a playdate in our Dog Park. Grove City's nearby green spaces and parks are the perfect place for a walk. Breed restrictions apply.
